Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dry buttermilk dressing
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 or 1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1 or 1 1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Spread dough out on large bread pan. Bake at 400° until golden brown.

    Let cool.

    Mix the next 3 ingredients with electric mixer until blended into a thick cream.

    Spread on top of cooled bread. Combine all vegetables and sprinkle on top of cream cheese mixture.

    Top with grated cheese.

    Take Saran Wrap and use to press cheese and vegetables down into mixture.

    Keep refrigerated.
