- 1 c. chopped water chestnuts
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.

3Spoon into casserole.

5Mix cracker crumbs and margarine in a bowl.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
