Ingredients

  • 2 cans Ro-Tel
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 2 small cans tomato paste
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 can each: Great Northern, pinto and kidney or red beans
  • 1 lb. each: ground turkey, ground round and turkey sausage
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 3 zucchini
  • 2 yellow squash
  • 1 green pepper

Directions

    Chop coarsely all vegetables and steam until just tender. Saute garlic and onions in sprayed skillet until clear.

    Remove and brown all meat.

    Place all ingredients into a covered roaster and stir.

    (Crock-pots may also be used.) Roaster:

    Bake at 250° for 4 to 5 hours.
