- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 14 teaspoons salt
- 1 12 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup long grain rice
Directions

1in a pot cook peppers, onion,garlic till tender.

2add tomatoes,beans corn, chili powder, salt&pepper,cumin and rice.
