- 1 small red pepper
- 1 celery rib
- 2 small gherkins
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 12 bunch chives
Directions

1Core the red pepper and cut away the inner membranes.

2Slice celery, red pepper and pickles into small finger length sticks.

3Remove rind from the ham, if necessary, and cut each slice in half.

4Divide the vegetable sticks among the pieces of ham and season with pepper.

5Roll up the ham slices.

6Tie 2 or 3 chive stems around each wrap to garnish and hold it together.
