  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 celery rib
  • 2 small gherkins
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 12 bunch chives

Directions

    Core the red pepper and cut away the inner membranes.

    Slice celery, red pepper and pickles into small finger length sticks.

    Remove rind from the ham, if necessary, and cut each slice in half.

    Divide the vegetable sticks among the pieces of ham and season with pepper.

    Roll up the ham slices.
  6. 6
    Tie 2 or 3 chive stems around each wrap to garnish and hold it together.
