  • 1 can of kernel corn
  • 1 can of green beans
  • 1 can green peas
  • 2 pimiento peppers diced
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions

    -drain canned vegetables and mix them in a medium bowl

    -put diced peppers and onions into vegetable mix and mix again

    -combine olive oil, salt, black pepper,sugar and vinegar in a saucepan and heat on low. Stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved

    -quickly pour dissolved sugar-oil dressing into the mixed vegetables and stir quickly

    -place in the fridge and eat serve cold the next day
