- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 green onion stems
- 1 pinch ginger
Directions

1Dice the veggies up into whatever size you would like and how much you would want to put inches

2Next, heat a pan to saute the veggies and a pot to boil water in for the noodles.

3When both are ready, cook the noodles and start to saute the veggies at the same time so that they can be done around the same time.

4When you saute the veggies, add the pinch of ginger, or enough to taste, so that it is not such boring old veggies.

5( If you don't have ginger it is fine.

8When the noodles are done, drain the of the hot water and mix olive oil if you please and when the veggies are done, let them sit for one minute.

9Then serve the noodles and put however many veggies you want on or mix both in a serving bowl and BAM!
