  • cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 can black olives sliced
  • 1/2 zucchini sliced thin
  • 1 box mushrooms sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 box linguine

Directions

    Wash and slice all veggies

    Heat olive oil over medium-low heat and add veggies starting with zucchini and black olives. Then tomatoes and lastly mushrooms.

    Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste.

    Cook pasta to choice, drain. Return to pan and toss with olive oil.

    Serve veggie mix over pasta. Season with Parmesan cheese if you'd like!
