- cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 can black olives sliced
- 1/2 zucchini sliced thin
- 1 box mushrooms sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 box linguine
Directions

1Wash and slice all veggies

2Heat olive oil over medium-low heat and add veggies starting with zucchini and black olives. Then tomatoes and lastly mushrooms.

3Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste.

4Cook pasta to choice, drain. Return to pan and toss with olive oil.

5Serve veggie mix over pasta. Season with Parmesan cheese if you'd like!
