  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • broccoli, grated fine in a food processor
  • cauliflower, grated fine in a food processor
  • carrots, grated fine in a food processor

Directions

    Spread rolls on a cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Hidden Valley Ranch mix and onion powder together; spread cheese mixture on cooled crust.

    Layer grated vegetables on top of cheese mixture. Serve.
