Ingredients

  • 1 can of pillsbury pizza dough
  • 2 cups each chopped broccoli, cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 16 oz container sour cream
  • 1 packet dry ranch dip mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (any flavor, I use chedder)
  • a few sliced scallions if you wish

Directions

    1. Mix sour cream and packet of dry ranch mix together and put in fridge.

    2. Unroll pizza dough onto cookie sheet and follow baking directions on can. Then let cool before adding toppings.

    3. Spread ranch mix onto crust.

    4. Add all toppings. You may use more or less depending on how many veggies you want.
