  • 1 whole Carrot, Peeled, Cut Into Chunks
  • 1 stalk Celery, Cut Into Pieces
  • 1 whole Banana, Cut Into Chunks
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Chopped Spinach
  • 1/2 cups Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Whey Protein Powder
  • Dash Of Hot Sauce (optional)

    In a blender, add carrot and celery and pulse several times. Add remaining ingredients and blend 1 minute to combine.
