Ingredients

  • 1 large crescent rolls
  • 1 small crescent rolls
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix
  • 1 lb. grated cheese
  • 3 different types of vegetables (i.e., broccoli, carrots, radishes), grated to amount to about 3 c.

Directions

    Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet.

    Beat egg and spread over crescent rolls.

    Bake until light brown.

    Mix together the mayonnaise, cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth.

    Remove crescent rolls and let cool.

    Grate vegetables and cheese.

    When dough is cool, spread dressing mixture over dough, then sprinkle with vegetables and top with cheese.

    Let chill overnight.

    Cut into squares and serve.
