Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (I use low-fat pkg.)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. original Ranch dressing mix (I use reduced fat mix)

Directions

    Using cookie sheet or jelly roll pan, separate and press rolls into pan, sealing all seams.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Cool. Beat together other ingredients; spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate.

    Distribute chopped vegetables (sliced green onions, sliced radishes, cucumbers, broccoli, carrots, etc.) evenly. Press into cream cheese to about 1/2-inch thick; slice diagonally. Serves 10 to 20.
