  • 2 c. brown rice
  • 1 lb. broccoli
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1/4 c. curry
  • 1 Tbsp. vegi salt seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. crushed peppers

Directions

    Cook rice and combine all ingredients, except cheese in large casserole dish.

    Dice margarine and distribute well.
  3. 3
    After all ingredients are well mixed, taste and add additional seasoning, if needed.

    Once satisfied, slice cheese and lay on top.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
