- 2 c. brown rice
- 1 lb. broccoli
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1/4 c. curry
- 1 Tbsp. vegi salt seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. crushed peppers
Directions

1Cook rice and combine all ingredients, except cheese in large casserole dish.

2Dice margarine and distribute well.

3After all ingredients are well mixed, taste and add additional seasoning, if needed.

4Once satisfied, slice cheese and lay on top.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
