Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 oz.) envelope Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 sweet red pepper
  • 1 sweet green pepper
  • 1/2 head broccoli
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms (Delores uses canned ends and pieces)
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Press rolls in lightly greased pan.

    Bake at 350° for 7 to 10 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Cream the cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix.

    Spread over cool crust.

    Chop red pepper, green pepper, broccoli and mushrooms.

    Put this on top of the cream cheese.

    Sprinkle cheese over the top.

    Use more if you wish. Refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
