  • 1 whole chicken or your choice of breast or thighs
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. rosemary
  • garlic powder
  • salt

Directions

    Wash and pat dry chicken pieces.

    Rub each piece of chicken with vegetable oil.

    Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with nonstick shortening.

    Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt, garlic powder and rosemary.

    Keep chicken, skin side up.

    Cover and bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.

    When chicken is almost done, remove cover and bake until crisp and golden brown.
