  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 lb. venison, fat removed

Directions

    Mix the vinegar and soy sauce together in a shallow baking dish.

    Dip both sides of the meat in it and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator, covered.

    Then follow any beef recipe.

    If pan-frying, steaks will need a bit more time than three minutes to cook.

    If the steaks are 1-inch thick, fry over high heat for 3 minutes on each side.
