- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lb. venison, fat removed
Directions

1Mix the vinegar and soy sauce together in a shallow baking dish.

2Dip both sides of the meat in it and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator, covered.

3Then follow any beef recipe.

4If pan-frying, steaks will need a bit more time than three minutes to cook.

5If the steaks are 1-inch thick, fry over high heat for 3 minutes on each side.
