  • 20 lb. venison, ground
  • 18 stalks celery
  • 10 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 10 c. water
  • 6 envelopes dry onion soup mix
  • 40 oz. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. prepared ???
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 3 tsp. pepper
  • crushed red pepper (if you want it spicy or to taste)

Directions

    Brown venison and put in 18-quart roaster. Add other ingredients and mix well. Simmer for 4 to 6 hours.
