- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 lbs venison, cubed about 1-inch
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) can peeled tomatoes
- 2 lbs penne pasta
Directions

1cook bacon remove from pan discard grease.

2fry onions in olive oil until translucent remove from pan.

3fry peppers until soft remove from pan.

4fry venison until evenly brown.

5once every thing is cooked add into deep frying pan using same oil you fried with.

6add crushed tomatoes.

7add peeled tomatoes that you crush by hand.

8cook on high until boils then lower

9cook for one half hour.
