Ingredients
- 4 onions (large), finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 lb. venison, ground
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. coriander, ground
- 1/2 tsp. cumin, ground
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. beer
- 1/2 c. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic in oil until colored.

2Add venison and rest of ingredients.

3Blend.

4Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

5Add more beer if it gets too dry.

6Cook until it is well thickened and rich in flavor.

7Serve with pinto or kidney beans and rice.
