  • 28 c. venison, cut into small pieces
  • 5 c. suet
  • 2 Tbsp. comino seed
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 4 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 beef flavored bouillon cubes
  • 6 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 qt. water

    Cook meat and suet together until pink is gone.

    Add all other ingredients; cook 2 or more hours.

    Freeze in family size containers and use as needed.
