Venison Corn Casserole

  • 1 lb. venison
  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili sauce or powder
  • 1 large pkg. corn chips

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Brown meat; add celery and onion.

    Cook and stir 3 minutes.

    Reduce heat; stir in soup, corn, beans and seasonings.

    Pour into 2-quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.

    Top with corn chips and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until chips are slightly toasted.
