- 2 lb. venison burger
- 1 envelope dry taco mix
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 jar taco sauce
- 3 c. grated cheese (1 c. each Colby, Co-Jack, Muenster)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Brown meat, mix in sauces.

2Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Spread cheeses over top; bake on 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, add sour cream to top.

4Bake another 5 minutes. Remove.

5Serve with nacho chips.
