- 4 lb. venison
- 1 small onion, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. sage seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking oil
Directions

1Boil venison until tender in sage and water.

2Cool, then tear meat into pieces to make into hash.

3Add onion, salt and pepper to taste.

4Brown in frying pan in a small amount of oil, until onions are done.

5Serve hot.
