Ingredients
- lean venison, cut into strips
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and let set overnight in Ziploc bag. Preheat oven to 200°.

2Put a layer of aluminum on bottom rack. Place strips of meat over bars on top rack.

3Prop oven door open 1 to 2 inches.

4Jerky takes 6 to 10 hours to bake.
