Ingredients

  • 3 lb. meat
  • 2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid hickory smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid garlic

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except meat.

    Cut meat into very thin strips.
  3. 3
    Place meat into mixture and refrigerate for 12 hours. After 12 hours, place strips of meat on rack of roasting pan.

    Dry in preheated oven for 2 hours at 200°.

    Cool and enjoy.
