- 2 c. soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tsp. pepper (black)
- 1 tsp. salad mustard
Directions

1Marinate strips of venison about 1/4-inch thick overnight in covered glass bowl or container.

2Drain strips and put them on cookie sheets.

3Bake at 250°, turning twice until done, several hours.

4Keep unrefrigerated.
