  • 2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp. pepper (black)
  • 1 tsp. salad mustard

Directions

    Marinate strips of venison about 1/4-inch thick overnight in covered glass bowl or container.

    Drain strips and put them on cookie sheets.

    Bake at 250°, turning twice until done, several hours.

    Keep unrefrigerated.
