  • 1 1/2 lb. venison
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

    Use 1/4-inch thick strips venison and marinate overnight. Bake at 140° to 150° for approximately 6 hours.

    Turn after 2 hours.

    If you use smoker, cut liquid smoke to 1 teaspoon.
