- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Use 1/4-inch thick strips venison and marinate overnight. Bake at 140° to 150° for approximately 6 hours.

2Turn after 2 hours.

3If you use smoker, cut liquid smoke to 1 teaspoon.
