Venison Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Brown venison and onion.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add all other ingredients except noodles, beaten eggs and cream cheese.

    Lay noodles in greased baking dish.

    Add a layer of ground venison and a layer of cream cheese.

    Keep adding layers until everything is gone.

    Top with shredded cheese and cook in oven at 350° for 40 minutes.
