  • 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 12 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 13 cup diced onion
  • 14 cup diced shallot

    Whisk all ingrediants - I use 1 gallon ziploc bags; covers 4 average steaks well- leaving small opening in zipper- immerse in cold water slowly to force air out of bag and final zip- lay flat in refridgerator 4 hours.
