- 1/2 c. red or white cooking wine
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Marinate venison in liquid for 3 to 5 hours at room temperature.

4Grill venison to medium-rare doneness; do not overcook.
