  • 1/2 c. red or white cooking wine
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
