- 1/2 lb ground chuck
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (I like Lea & Perrins)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

3The mixture will seem kind of wet, but it will be just fine.

4Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

5Place meat mix in dish and shape into a loaf.
