Venison Parmesan

  • approximately 20 oz. venison (preferably tenderloins)
  • 8 oz. Speedie marinating sauce
  • 4 oz. Italian dressing
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • homemade spaghetti sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Marinate meat in marinating sauce and Italian dressing overnight in bowl, turning periodically.

    Bread meat in bread crumbs and flash fry in hot skillet, using a small amount of olive oil.

    Layer fried meat in bottom of a medium size casserole dish. Cover with a layer of spaghetti sauce and cheese in between each layer of meat.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Serves 4 to 5 people.
