- approximately 20 oz. venison (preferably tenderloins)
- 8 oz. Speedie marinating sauce
- 4 oz. Italian dressing
- Italian bread crumbs
- homemade spaghetti sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Marinate meat in marinating sauce and Italian dressing overnight in bowl, turning periodically.

2Bread meat in bread crumbs and flash fry in hot skillet, using a small amount of olive oil.

3Layer fried meat in bottom of a medium size casserole dish. Cover with a layer of spaghetti sauce and cheese in between each layer of meat.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
