Venison Ribs With Mushroom Sauce

- 2 lb. ribs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. water
- bacon grease
- flour
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
Directions

1Heat grease on medium heat in large iron skillet.

2Mix flour, salt and pepper.

3Coat ribs.

4Brown ribs on both sides.

6Mix soup with water; smooth out mix.

7Now add to ribs. Add mushrooms.
