- 1 (5 lb.) venison roast
- garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. crushed marjoram
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Directions

1Make 4 or 5 slits in top of roast and insert garlic cloves (1/4) in each.

2Pour vinegar over the top and sprinkle with crushed marjoram.

3Bake at 350° for 4 hours.

4During last half hour, pour soup over top.
