- venison ham
- garlic cloves
- onions
- green peppers
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- red pepper or cayenne pepper
- onions
- carrots
- potatoes
- red wine
- 1 tsp. flour
Directions

1Take a venison ham.

2Slice several holes in the ham.

3Plug each hole with a portion of a garlic clove, onion quarters and piece of green pepper.

4This is best done by pushing the morsels in with the index finger.

5Salt, pepper and garlic salt the ham.

6(Try small sprinkle of red pepper or cayenne pepper if you dare.)

7Place the ham in a baking bag.

8Fill in around the ham with onions, carrots and potatoes.

9Pour 2 cups of red wine over the venison ham and add flour.

10Tie the bag.

11Cook approximately 2 hours at 375°.
