Venison Roast

  • 3 lb. venison roast (all fat removed)
  • 10 medium carrots, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
  • 20 oz. green beans (frozen)
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix, divided
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, divided

Directions

    Grease small roaster.

    Put in vegetables and 1/2 of each kind of soup.

    Add 1 cup water and mix together.
  4. 4
    Make well in center and push meat down into it.

    Top meat with remaining mushroom soup; sprinkle with rest of onion soup.

    Cover pan tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 3 hours.

    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
