- 3 lb. venison roast (all fat removed)
- 10 medium carrots, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
- 20 oz. green beans (frozen)
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix, divided
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, divided
Directions

1Grease small roaster.

2Put in vegetables and 1/2 of each kind of soup.

3Add 1 cup water and mix together.

4Make well in center and push meat down into it.

5Top meat with remaining mushroom soup; sprinkle with rest of onion soup.

6Cover pan tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 3 hours.

7Makes 3 to 4 servings.
