- 1 (4 to 5 lb.) venison roast
- 1 large onion (chunks)
- fresh mushrooms, sliced
- green peppers, cut into large pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
- 2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
Directions

1Coat roast with 1 can of golden mushroom soup.

2Add onion and peppers; season.

3Roast at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

4Add the mushrooms, 1 can of golden mushroom soup and the wine.

5Roast for another 1/2 hour.

6Slice and serve with mushrooms and gravy.
