Venison Roast

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 lb. roast
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Directions

    Boil roast with pepper and salt until tender.

    Place in baking dish.

    Top with onion which has been sauteed in bacon drippings, catsup and mustard.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
