- 1 hot pepper
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Boil roast with pepper and salt until tender.

2Place in baking dish.

3Top with onion which has been sauteed in bacon drippings, catsup and mustard.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
