- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
Directions

1Soak venison in salt water overnight.

2Wash ribs and boil about 30 minutes in a pressure cooker at 10 pounds pressure. Remove the ribs to a baking dish, mix the remaining ingredients and pour this over them.

3Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
