- 1 lb. ground venison
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (6 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 2 c. corn chips
Directions

1In large skillet, combine onion, green pepper and ground venison.

2Cook over medium heat until meat is brown.

3Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili powder.

4Stir.

5Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

6Stir in beans until well heated.

7Top with corn chips and serve.
