- 3 or 4 peeled potatoes, cubed
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. dried onion
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1Mix together all ingredients in large stew pot, adding enough water to achieve desired consistency between

2soup or thick stew. Simmer on low to medium-low for 3 or 4 hours.
