- 2 pounds venison cubed
- 1 cup onions diced
- 12 each potatoes diced
- 6 each carrots diced
- 1 package mixed vegetables frozen
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1/4 cup pearl barley
- 8 cups water
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 each garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves dry
- 1 tablespoon beef soup base
- 1 package gravy mix, brown
- 1 each bay leaves
Directions

1Sear venison until brown on all sides.

2Add water.

3Add celery, carrots, potatoes, onions, and all other ingredients except frozen veggies.

4Cook on medium until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked through.

5Add frozen veggies and cook until hot.

6Remove bay leaf.

7Serve with hard rolls.
