- 1 1/2 lb. venison, cut up and fat removed
- 1 can water
- 4 to 6 carrots, cut up
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 onions, cut up
- 2 stalks celery, cut up
- 4 potatoes, cut up
Directions

1Brown the meat in a pan, add broth and water.

2Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic; simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

3Add potatoes and cook 1/2 hour.
