  • 1 1/2 lb. venison, cut up and fat removed
  • 1 can water
  • 4 to 6 carrots, cut up
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 onions, cut up
  • 2 stalks celery, cut up
  • 4 potatoes, cut up

Directions

    Brown the meat in a pan, add broth and water.

    Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic; simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Add potatoes and cook 1/2 hour.
