- 2 lb. steak
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 bay leaf
- pepper to taste
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cut steak into small cubes.

2Roll in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in hot butter.

3Add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup vinegar; simmer until tender.

4Add water as necessary to keep from burning. When tender, pour off excess liquid.

5Add sour cream, bay leaf, salt, pepper, mushrooms, butter, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce.

6Cover; simmer until everything is heated thoroughly. Don't boil.

7Serve over noodles.
