- 2 lb. venison steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced (with liquid)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
- 2 1/4 c. water
- egg noodles
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Brown meat in butter.

2Add mushrooms, including water.

3Stir in flour.

4Add onion soup and gradually add water.

5Simmer covered 10 minutes.

6While simmering, prepare noodles.

7Add sour cream to meat.

8Serve over hot noodles.
