  • 2 lb. venison steak, cut into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced (with liquid)
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • egg noodles
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

    Brown meat in butter.

    Add mushrooms, including water.

    Stir in flour.

    Add onion soup and gradually add water.

    Simmer covered 10 minutes.

    While simmering, prepare noodles.

    Add sour cream to meat.

    Serve over hot noodles.
