- 1 lb Venison or beef
- 1 can Mushroom soup
- 1/2 pints Sour cream
- 1 lb Fresh mushrooms
- 4 oz Tomato juice
- 4 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Butter
Directions

1Cut meat into bite size pieces, slice mushrooms, mince garlic

2Brown meat in butter with garlic, salt and pepper

3Add mushrooms

4When mushrooms are cooked, add tomato juice and simmer for 30 min

5Add mushroom soup and sour cream, simmer for 1 hour

6Serve over steamed rice or bow tie noodles

7Mushrooms, soup and sour cream can be doubled
