  • 1 lb Venison or beef
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pints Sour cream
  • 1 lb Fresh mushrooms
  • 4 oz Tomato juice
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Directions

    Cut meat into bite size pieces, slice mushrooms, mince garlic

    Brown meat in butter with garlic, salt and pepper

    Add mushrooms

    When mushrooms are cooked, add tomato juice and simmer for 30 min

    Add mushroom soup and sour cream, simmer for 1 hour

    Serve over steamed rice or bow tie noodles

    Mushrooms, soup and sour cream can be doubled
