- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. scrod
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- paprika
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. melted butter
- seasoned bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 500° or 525° (yes!).

2Wash and towel dry fish. Arrange in fairly thick portions on small baking sheet.

3Drizzle with lemon juice.

4Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

5Combine melted butter with enough bread crumbs to make a soft mixture. Spoon/pat thickly on top of fish and press down firmly.

6Bake for 15 minutes.
