  • 1/2 ounces, fluid Yellow Chartreuse
  • 3/4 ounces, fluid Lime Juice
  • 1/2 ounces, fluid Honey Syrup
  • 2 dashes Cardamom Bitters
  • 3 slices Tart Apples
  • FOR THE HONEY SYRUP:
  • 1/4 ounces, fluid Honey
  • 1/4 ounces, fluid Water

    Combine all ingredients. Shake. Fine-strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with fresh apple slices with freshly grated cinnamon.

    Combine water and honey. Heat for 15 seconds in the microwave. Stir until honey has completely dissolved.
