Ingredients

  • 1 lb. vermicelli
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 3/4 c. mayo
  • 3 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 1 small can black olives
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent

Directions

    Boil vermicelli, rinse and cut up into bite sizes.

    Mix olive oil, lemon juice and mayo.

    Pour over cold vermicelli.

    Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Chill before serving.

    Tastes best when served 24 hours after making.
